Primary Duties and Responsibilities：
- Contact vendor to obtain required shipping details
- Prepare House billing of Lading, FCR
- Release HBL,FCR to vendor when all requirement have been met
- Prepare and submit OB/L material to ocean carriers
- Input data and transmit pre-alert to overseas office
- Issue the invoices billing & prepare the payment request
- Vendor Management, Customer Relationship Management
- Follow ISO requirement
Qualification:
- College degree or above.
- Proved English Skills
- Good MS office software application
- Basic Customer service sense and skill
